- Cal.com is the most direct integration today. If your team runs on Google Calendar only, Vantal can read availability there too via Cal.com's Google sync.
- Can it handle paid vs. free service calls?
- Yes. We configure paid-diagnostic vs. free-estimate rules per service type, and Vantal explains the fee to the caller before booking.
- What about reschedules?
- Caller can reschedule by replying to the SMS confirmation or calling back. The calendar updates in real time.
- Does it integrate with ServiceTitan / HCP / Jobber?
- Not a direct integration today. Vantal books on Cal.com and pushes a structured ticket to your CRM via webhook (we handle the mapping).
